Our client is a well-known, globally operating consultancy firm which serves both multinationals and a variety of medium-size companies, institutions and governmental organizations. They are market leader within their field. The office atmosphere is open, flexible and lively. We are looking for a professional and experienced right hand for 2 partners.

Functie

As an executive assistant you offer outstanding support in its broadest sense. You will manage and maintain calendars of 2 partners. You schedule and organize internal and external meetings and are able to resolve calendar conflicts as they occur. You take care of correspondence in English and Dutch, filter email, handle phone calls and are first point of contact for both internal and external relations. You organize business trips including flight, hotel and car reservations as well as arranging business meetings on locations abroad.
Also you are responsible for filing and reconciling expenses and timesheets. You work closely together with your colleague executive assistants and provide temporarily back-up in case of absence.

You know how to get things done in a pleasant way and you are a naturally born organizer. You communicate concise and clearly, you take initiative and demonstrate a pro-active approach. You have an eye for detail and you have a good sense of relations. You set the right priorities, are able to switch quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are able to work independently but also work effectively within a team. You are reliable, stress-resistant, professional and have a positive attitude. 

De functiecriteria

• Bachelor degree.
• Extensive relevant work experience in international setting.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Hybride.
• Full-time position (40 hours). 32 hours negotiable.
