Executive Assistant, Fulltime, Amsterdam ZuidAs



Our client is a young, fast growing international organization in financial services. The company has an office in Amsterdam. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Board of Directors and more particularly the CEO.


In this demanding position you will be responsible for high quality assistant support to the CEO and occasionally, other members of the board.
You will be managing/maintaining diaries, organizing travel arrangements including complex visa requests. Prioritizing e-mail messages, incoming telephone calls and all other forms of correspondence are an important part of your role. Organizing conference calls, meetings/events including coordinating all logistics involved (hotel, transport).
Furthermore you will be requested to prepare draft presentations and support the CEO in various projects. You set up and monitor deliverables and tasks appointed to your CEO. Timely scheduled meetings with stakeholders and management will be requested. Taking notes during Board and Supervisory Board meetings is essential.

Ideal candidate

You are an experienced and tech-savvy professional, especially within an international environment. You have a natural entrepreneurial spirit and appreciate a highly dynamic setting. This role requires the ability to prioritize and work under pressure. You are a flexible, hard-working and result orientated assistant. You have excellent communication and social skills. The ability to multi (switch) task easily and not afraid to stand your ground if necessary. It goes without saying that integrity, trust and responsibility are key in this position.


• HBO level • Broad experience (8-10 years) in management support • Strong MS office skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch is recommended • Fulltime position (40 hrs) • 9 to 5 is not within expectations
