Office Manager/ Executive Assistant International Holding, Amsterdam



Our client is an International Holding and established their Headquarters in Amsterdam with the ambition to extend. Currently we are looking for a pro-active, hands on, internationally oriented Office Manager/Executive Assistant.


In this position you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Holding Office and supporting the company’s Management, liaising with your counterparts based in France and Germany.
You are preparing and monitoring of several committee meetings, including Executive Committee (ExCom), organizing support for in-office working sessions and assisting with the timely provision and delivery of meeting documents, follow-up of individual action items as well as the creation decision lists and their distribution.
Next to that, you are responsible for preparing notes, letters, e-mails, correspondence and presentations. You are organizing international meetings and booking travels from a-z.
In this position, you are an important spider in the web and will be given the opportunity to take ownership of activities.

You are a warm personality, motivated and a flexible team player.


• HBO level. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within an international company. • Fluency in English, Dutch is a must; knowledge of German and French is a nice-to-have. • Excellent MS office skills. • 32 - 40 hrs. per week available.
