Office Manager International Holding, Amsterdam Zuidas



Our client is an International Holding and established their Headquarters in Amsterdam with the ambition to extend. Currently we are looking for a pro-active, hands on, internationally oriented Office Manager to join this exceptional organization.


This is a job with a very broad scope. You are fully responsible for all office management tasks within this international, dynamic office. You are a part of the management support team and work closely with 2 executive assistants to make sure the office runs smoothly. You make it your priority the office is always fully equipped when it comes to all office supplies. You are the first point of contact concerning the office (rental) space, external vendors & take care of all facilities. You take care of the reception, welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, email, arrange courier pick-ups and set up conference / video calls. You arrange the office events and you support with the organization of the annual meeting.

De functiecriteria

  • Bachelor working level.
  • Experience as an Office Manager within an international company.
  • Fluency in English, good speaking and writing in Dutch, knowledge of German and French is a nice-to-have.
  • Excellent MS office skills.
  • Parking space available
  • 32 - 40 hrs. per week available.
