Our client is an international organization, based in Amsterdam (Zuidas). They are leading in their industry worldwide. We are looking for a representative, pro-active and professional Office Manager.

Functie

This is a job with a very broad scope. You are mainly responsible for all office management tasks within this international, multicultural office. You make sure the office is always fully equipped when it comes to all office supplies and are the first point of contact concerning the office (rental) space and external vendors. You also manage all complex business travel arrangements for the (mostly foreign) employers, balancing/controlling budget/costs (SAP), travel guidelines and common business sense. You will welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, email, arrange courier pick-ups and set up conference / video calls. You arrange the office events and you support with the organisation of the annual symposium. Besides this, you will act as a back-up for the Personal Assistant of the President of the organisation during her absence.

Ideale kandidaat

You are an all-round Office Manager with excellent organisational skills. You are able to multitask at all times with a committed approach to service and precision in execution. You have a refined eye for quality and detail. Your interpersonal skills are excellent. Prioritize, planning and dealing with ambiguity are second nature. You demonstrate an extremely high level of ethics, professionalism and confidentiality. You are a pleasant team player who can also work very independently and take initiative when necessary.

De functiecriteria

• HBO level. • At least 4 years experience as an Office Manager within an international environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English. • Strong MS office skills. • Entry level in accounting and SAP is an advantage. • Full time, 40 hrs. per week available.
