Our client is a leading, successful global beauty company with their European HQ in Amsterdam. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will be supporting the CEO Office and responsible for all travel arrangements for the CEO with white glove service. Together with 2 fellow Executive Assistants, you will form the CEO Office.
As the Executive Assistant T&A, your key responsibility is the coordination, preparation, and monitoring of very complex and high touch travel arrangements, both domestic and international. Preparing very detailed itineraries prior to departure, including visa applications, transfers, hotels, restaurants and organizing market visits and business reviews. Due the different time zones, your working hours are not fixed and subject to the itineraries of the CEO. In this role you are the first point of contact for travel agents, VIP representatives at airports, hotels and global chauffeur services. Changes and rescheduling of appointments and meetings occur frequently. Together with your colleague Executive Assistants you ensure smooth day to day operations for the CEO.
The successful assistant will be proactive, quick-thinking, flexible with unwavering attention to detail at all times. You have the ability to work under time pressure with accuracy and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your organizational skills are outstanding and you are applying sound judgment and professionalism with the ability to work with leaders. You always maintain discretion and confidentiality and are a composed and warm personality with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- At least 7 to 10 years relevant international experience C-level.
- Excellent understanding of white glove (top notch) service.
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- French is a pre
- 40 hrs + flexibility in evenings and weekends
