Our client is a leading, successful global beauty company with their European HQ in Amsterdam. We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for processing all expenses of the CEO office and the organization of all meetings at the European headquarter in Amsterdam attended by the CEO. Together with 2 fellow Executive Assistants, you will form the CEO Office.
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the complex expense management of the CEO Office, including code and submit invoices, prepare and check expense reports with different currencies. Next to that, you have a key role in organizing and coordinating all the logistics related to the on-site executive meetings in Amsterdam chaired by the CEO. This involves a perfect setup of the meeting rooms in coordination with IT-support ensuring IT equipment is set-up, coordinate supplies and catering for each meeting during the day. Support the executive team across different logistic and organizational challenges when needed.

You are a team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting. Besides, you have the ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information and the understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
- At least 5 years relevant international experience in an international environment.
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Strong computer and Internet research skills related to administrative work.
