In this team we are looking for an experienced Management Assistant, who will be responsible for 2 regional teams, Africa and Asia.
In this role you will facilitate positive working relationships in the delivery of administrative tasks and services within the secretarial team where you will replace each other if needed. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, travels and expenses. Furthermore you will organize and participate in team meetings and support with any follow-up from these meetings. You will be planning, organizing and monitoring appointments for external meetings, deal with (international) telephone conversations and assist with organizing business trips. You provide support for national and international events and welcome international clients.
The ideal candidate is proactive, quick-thinking, flexible and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times. You cope well with deadlines and are a team player. You are used to working independently, service-oriented and able to set priorities. You are curious, demonstrate significant initiative, and have experience in communicating and working with various cultures. Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs of function and remain calm under pressure. You have outstanding organizational skills, demonstrate accuracy and sharpness, also in stressful situations.
