Functie
You are responsible for executive secretarial and administrative support of the highest quality standard. You will take care of complex calendar management, planning and organizing meetings of Supervisory Board, Executive MT and Operating Companies. You draft agendas, emails and other communications on behalf of the executive. You coordinate all travels (air, hotel and other reservations from A-Z), prepare itineraries, prioritize mail and manage appropriate correspondence in a timely manner. You answer calls and handle queries, prepare papers for meetings and assist in making presentations. You respond to inquiries and resolves issues not requiring the attention of the manager. You keep track of costs and prepare expense reports and act as first contact of all external visitors.
Because you have a perfect understanding about organization’s aims and objectives you can support the executive in reaching targets.
Ideale kandidaat
You are a professional assistant, self-confident and with excellent interpersonal skills. You are always eager to learn and thrive on challenges. Prioritizing, organizing, planning are second nature. You are high in intuition, no-nonsense and capable of anticipating needs ahead of time. You are able to see the big picture, but also very detailed oriented. You feel comfortable in a dynamic, hectic setting and you are no stranger to project management. You are flexible with a pressure threshold, and a pleasant representative personality with a good sense of humour.
Functiecriteria
HBO level.
Seven to ten years relevant recent international working experience.
Wide experience in using MS office.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
Available 40 hours per week (two days working from home).
Parking space available.
