Pharvaris is a pharmaceutical clinical stage company, listed on Nasdaq stock exchange. Offices are in Zug (Switzerland), Boston (USA) and Leiden (NL). We are looking for an Office Operations Lead, to be based in Leiden.

Functie

As the Office Operations Lead, you will coordinate and oversee administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This role combines traditional administrative tasks with broader operational -often project related- responsibilities, including facility management, office administration, onboarding, and executive support. You will serve as point of contact for EU facilities and act as a lead for Office Management. You are the administrator for travel systems and external providers, develop and maintain up-to-date manuals on Office Management responsibilities. Furthermore, you are responsible for the logistics of the onboarding process for consultants and employees, support on team meetings and offsites and where needed offer support to Executive Committee Members. You will also be on point for the logistics for quarterly meetings with the Board of Directors of Pharvaris.

Functiecriteria

·        BSc/Ba in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
·        7+ years in administrative or support roles in international, multi-site companies
·        High proficiency in English, written and spoken; native speaker strongly preferred.
·        Fulltime role, hybrid working; on site (Leiden, NL) presence required for 2-3 days per week in general.
·        Excellent MS Office skills
